Can you schedule an estimate/repairs with XYZ Company?No, we do not directly schedule repairs or estimates, but we’re happy to help! We can recommend trusted vendors endorsed by previous clients and communicate scheduled appointments with the other agent on your behalf.

What happens if my file terminates?We send a courtesy notice to the title company and the lender, then stop working on the file.
